Not sure that more uptake of HRT reflects an unjust health disparity...perhaps it's a reflection of a more anxious and less well adjusted response by white women to the natural process of aging? (I'm a white 66 yr old post menopausal non-HRT taker who has generally throughout life avoided patjologizing natural bodily processes.)
