January is such a weird month – it goes so slooooow and yet, somehow, we’re less than a week away from our first bookclub live of the year with memoirist

, who wrote the introduction to the new edition of Vivian Gornick’s classic memoir, The Odd Woman and the City.

But before that, how are you getting on with this month’s books? Whether you’re reading fiction, non-fiction or both, I’d love to know what you think.
