Just a quick one to let you know that this week’s The Shift Bookclub Live with the one and only Nina Stibbe (and Peggy the cockapoo) is now live on YouTube. No idea why I always call her “the one and only” but something about Nina is undeniably inimitable.

Lots of you have been in touch to say how much you enjoyed it and how entertaining and inspiring you found our conversation - which ranged from the pros and cons of taking a year out of your marriage to how much she hated life without oestrogen, to how many other people’s vaginas it’s OK to put in one book!
We also discussed learning to be alone when you’re basically a pack animal, why she has an aversion to authority figures, fear of finances and the rise and rise of the “menopause movement”. It’s a very Shift-y chat.
